By using Convert ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Convert lets you convert video, audio, and image files between common formats, either in your browser or through our server-side pipeline. The Service is provided free of charge and "as is".

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload or convert content you do not have the legal right to process;
• process illegal material, including content that infringes copyright or violates any applicable law;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use automated means to abuse the Service beyond reasonable personal use.

3. Files and responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you convert and for keeping your own backups. Files processed on our servers are deleted automatically after a short period; we are not a storage provider and cannot recover files once removed.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free, that output quality will meet your expectations, or that the Service will be available without interruption.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of the Service.

6. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
